The data we collect
When you use the contact form, your email app opens with the name, email address and message you enter, and the message is sent to us by email. We use that information only to reply to you. We do not sell your data or share it beyond what is needed to run the venue.
Cookies
We ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

Embedded map
Our “Find us” section can show a Google Map. To protect your privacy it does not load automatically: it stays a static placeholder until you allow it — either by clicking “Show map” or by enabling “External media” in your cookie settings. Only then is the map loaded from Google, which may set Google cookies and process your data under Google’s privacy policy. If you never click, no Google cookies are set.
If an analytics tool is added later, list it here with its provider, purpose and retention, and make sure it only loads after consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@courtyard.bar. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
